The tube ice machine can adopt air-cooled, water-cooled, or evaporative-cooled condensation methods according to 

the ambient temperature of the using site.

Tube ice making principle:

1. Tube ice is formed in a tube evaporator. The water flows along the inner wall of the evaporator to exchange heat with

the refrigerant, and cool down to form ice;

2. When the tube ice falls, the ice cutting mechanism operates to cut the tube ice into the set size. The length of the ice tube 

can reach 50mm, and the outer diameter can be divided into four specifications: 22, 29, 32, and 35mm. The inner hole diameter

can be adjusted according to the ice making time, generally between 5 and 10mm;

3. When the thickness of the tube ice reaches the desired value, the water stops flowing automatically. The hot refrigerant gas 

will flow into the evaporator and circulate around the tube ice, causing the tube ice to melt and fall off.
