How to check whether the operation of ice maker and refrigeration system is normal

The following methods are used to determine whether the operating condition of the refrigeration system is normal during the operation of the ice maker:

Normal operating conditions of refrigeration system:

1, the suction temperature of the compressor should be 5-15℃ higher than the evaporation temperature.

2, the compressor exhaust temperature R22 system shall not exceed 150℃.

3. The oil temperature of the compressor crankcase shall not exceed 70℃.

4. The suction pressure of the compressor should correspond to the evaporation pressure.

5, the compressor exhaust pressure R22 system shall not exceed 1.8MPa.

6. The oil pressure of the compressor is 0.12-0.3MPa higher than the suction pressure.

7, often pay attention to the cooling water and water temperature, the water temperature of the condenser should be 2-5℃ higher than the water temperature is appropriate.

8. Often pay attention to the oil surface of the compressor crankcase and the oil separator.

9, the compressor should not have any knocking sound, the body should be normal heating.

10, condensing pressure shall not exceed the compressor exhaust pressure range.

Operation adjustment of refrigeration system:

The suction pressure of compressor is an important reference parameter for regulating the pressure of expansion valve. The opening degree of the expansion valve is small, the flow rate of refrigerant through is less, and the pressure is low; The opening degree of the expansion valve is large, and the flow rate of refrigerant through is much, and the pressure is high. According to the thermodynamic properties of refrigerant, the lower the pressure, the lower the corresponding temperature; The higher the pressure, the higher the corresponding temperature. According to this law, if the expansion valve outlet pressure is too low, the corresponding evaporation pressure and temperature are also too low. However, due to the decrease of flow into the evaporator and the decrease of pressure, the evaporation speed slows down, the cooling capacity per unit volume (time) decreases, and the refrigeration efficiency decreases.

On the contrary, if the expansion valve outlet pressure is too high, the corresponding evaporation pressure and temperature are also too high. The flow and pressure into the evaporator are increased, because of excess liquid evaporation, moisture gas (or even liquid) is sucked into the compressor, causing the wet stroke of the compressor (liquid stroke), so that the compressor can not work normally, resulting in a series of bad working conditions, or even damage to the compressor. Therefore, the correct adjustment of the expansion valve is particularly important for the operation of the system.

If a more obvious "filar silk" sound, indicating that the system is insufficient refrigerant. The expansion valve should be replaced when the temperature sensing system leaks or fails to adjust.

The compressor exhaust temperature is too high.

1. The suction pressure is too low, the suction and exhaust pressure difference is too large (the cylinder compression ratio is large), the opening degree of the expansion valve is small, and the regulating pressure is low.

2. The suction temperature is too high, that is, the suction superheat is too high, the suction tube is too long or the insulation effect is poor.

3, the cooling water is insufficient or the water temperature is too high.

4. Too much non-condensable gas (air) in the system.

5. If the condensing pressure is too high, the corresponding condensing temperature is also high, causing the exhaust temperature to rise.

6. The compressor cylinder or valve set is faulty.

The compressor exhaust pressure is too high:

1. Too much non-condensable gas (air) in the system.

2, the cooling water is insufficient or the water temperature is too high.

3, the condenser is too dirty, too much scaling.

4. Too much refrigerant in the system.

Compressor oil temperature is too high:

1. The suction and exhaust temperature of the compressor is too high.

2, the lubricating oil is too dirty or the oil quality is too bad

3, compressor parts wear seriously.

High condensing pressure and temperature:

1, the condenser cooling water is insufficient or the water temperature is too high.

2, the condenser is too dirty, too much scaling.

3. Too much non-condensable gas (air) in the system.

4. Too much refrigerant in the system.

5. The heat transfer area of condenser is too small.

Often check and grasp the operating conditions of refrigeration system, eliminate operating faults, eliminate abnormal phenomena at any time, carefully and carefully adjust the system in the best state, the refrigeration system can be safe and normal economic operation is very key, is to test the technical quality and responsibility of the operators of the fundamental standard.
