Analysis of Three Kinds of Clogging Fault of Ice Machine

One. Reason analysis of ice machine system blockage:

1. Ice blocking: The water in the ice making system exceeds the allowable value.

2. Dirty plugging: excessive impurities, such as refrigeration equipment manufacturing, the remaining dirt in the system, metal oxidation in the pipeline, molecular sieve or silica gel powder, blocked pipeline or pipeline compression deformation.

3. Oil plugging: too much refrigerant oil is charged and deteriorated and stored in pipelines and pipelines with small diameters, or frozen oil becomes cold and sticky in capillaries, or the use of time is too long so that the inner wall of the pipeline adheres to too much refrigerant oil, resulting in system blockage.

Two, ice machine system blocking diagnosis

1. Ice blocking: intermittent repeated refrigeration or periodic non-refrigeration phenomenon

2. Dirty blocking, bad blocking, oil blocking: different from ice blocking, there will be no intermittent repeated refrigeration phenomenon, once blocked, it will not be able to refrigerate/make ice or make ice effect is poor.
