Supermarket seafood, aquatic products, chicken, duck and other fresh, need to use borneol preservation. If there is no borneol preservation, especially in the high temperature in summer, the fresh food is easy to breed bacteria and become stale. The usual method is: first spread a layer of 50~100mm ice on the stall, then pile a circle around the stall height of 50~100mm ice wall, and then put fresh food into the ice wall. The open environment of the food market is in high temperature, and the bornice melts quickly. Therefore, the purchase of ice machine requires the continuous production of strong ice and stable performance of ice machine. The food market is usually equipped with 1-10 tons of small and medium-sized ice machine to ensure that each booth has ice.
