When making ice, the water is pumped into the water distributing plate ,and then it will be evenly sprinkled on the inner wall of the evaporator .The refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat in the flow passage, and the temperature of the inner wall of the evaporator drops, and the water gradually freezes into ice in the downward flow process. At the same time, the reducer drives the ice scraper to rotate counterclockwise to scrape the ice frozen on the inner wall of the evaporator. Excess water flows back into the tank, where it re-circulates, So that flake ice can be made continuously
